At some point, we realize it’s time to let go of the past; the good, the bad and the in-between. I think I’ve come to that point.
Inspiration
is something I don’t find easily. Art is an amazing form of self expression. Anything and everything can be art, from the clothes we wear to the homes we live in. I’m a photographer, but it’s not often I find inspiration in something. People say I’m an artist, I hardly think so. I push a little button on my camera and it captures an image. That’s about it. But...

Why is my life so dramatic? I wonder if I make it that way, but it would make no sense because I hate drama. Hmmm…
Saturday Night
As I pick up my glass pondering what to write, I look into my poison of choice for the night. Observing the swirl as the tonic mixes in with the gin, I know it will surely give me reason to sin. Nothing exites me more than when it goes down to my belly and I succumb to the feeling of nothing. It is my poison, it is my friend, it may be all I have left in the end.
